We're seeking a future team member for the role of
Sr. Site Reliability Automation Engineer to join our Technology team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL and Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: - Design and implement automation platforms supporting self-healing and auto-remediation frameworks.
- Develop backend services and automation tools primarily in Python and Go.
- Build and maintain monitoring using Monitoring-as-a-Code practices.
- Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 8-10 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Strong programming experience in Python or Go.
- Deep understanding of Linux systems and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience defining and maintaining SLOs and error budgets.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of databases and messaging systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, SQS).

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
