Summary

Our client is looking Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional (Compensation Module) for Contract position located in New York City, NY/ Remote and below is the detailed requirements.

 

Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional (Compensation Module)

Location: New York City, NY/ Remote

Job Mode: Contract

 

Primary Skills: Experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, specializing in Compensation modules.

Secondary Skills: At least 3 end-to-end HCM Cloud Implementations.

 

Job description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of Overall IT experience.
  • The candidate is expected to have 8 to 15 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-end HCM Cloud Implementations.
  • The candidate must have good working experience on Compensation modules.
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud Compensation business process and their data flow.
  • The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
  • Should be able to provide consulting on best-practices guidance on business processes and implementation.
  • Design and build/configuration of complex requirements for Compensation in Oracle Cloud.
  • Understand the business requirements for Compensation and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle Cloud.
  • Able to write complex Fast Formulas for Compensation.
  • Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
  • Experience of migrating data from varied legacy systems for Compensation modules.
  • Good understanding of Integrations, HDL, HCM extracts, data conversion for these modules.
  • Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
  • Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project Manager.
  • Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing project environment.
