Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and modern application frameworks.
- Develop and optimize business logic, database interactions, and web services to support business requirements.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform code reviews, and implement software enhancements following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, relational databases, and web services.

Technical Skills
|
Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Batch, SQL, Hibernate/MyBatis, REST/SOAP Web Services, Git

Business / Domain Skills
|
Application Development, Software Design, System Integration, Problem Solving, Agile Methodologies, Cross-Functional Collaboration

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
