Salesforce BSA

• The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, defining solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
• This role also includes Scrum Master responsibilities, facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team performance.
• The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce functional knowledge, experience in Agile environments, and the ability to manage cross-functional communication effectively.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform including objects, data model, security model, validation rules, flows/automation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating delivered solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, QA, and architects.
• Experience in Scrum Master or Agile facilitator role preferred.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and supporting documentation.
• Support functional design, process mapping, and data/field mapping.
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements and change requests.
• Support UAT planning, test scenarios, and validation of solutions.
• Maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process diagrams, and release notes.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Support backlog grooming, prioritization, and readiness checks with Product Owners.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting delivery.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress.
• Ensure proper use of Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Act as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Support release planning and dependency management.
• Ensure Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) are followed.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders.

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience in Salesforce Business Analysis and Agile delivery may be considered.
