Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Networking & SD-WAN: Architect and implement SD-WAN solutions (Aruba, Silver Peak, Cisco) and manage expansive Cisco enterprise environments including Nexus VPCs, Catalyst switching platforms, and Cisco Wireless/DNAC.
  • Network Security: Manage Cisco ASA/FTD, and Cisco ISE for access control.
  • Routing & Infrastructure: Oversee complex routing topologies utilizing dynamic protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and policy-based routing to ensure high availability and QoS across enterprise environments.
  • Cloud Architecture & Connectivity: Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure cloud networks, including VNETs, NSGs, ASGs, Load Balancers, and VPN Gateways. Oversee and optimize advanced connectivity solutions like Azure ExpressRoute.
  • Project Leadership & Strategy: Lead DR site migrations, data center refresh projects, and manage the transition to modern wireless standards (e.g., AirOS to IOS-XE).
  • Operational Excellence: Develop High-Level/Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) diagrams using Visio, formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assist in annual budget development/BOM creation, and engage directly with OEMs and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 9+ years in enterprise network engineering and architecture, with proven experience in both hands-on troubleshooting (Level 3 support) and high-level design.
  • Core Networking: Mastery of Cisco routing, switching, and wireless architectures. Advanced packet analysis skills using Wireshark.
  • Cloud & SD-WAN: Proven track record with Azure networking and enterprise SD-WAN deployments.
  • Security: Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, firewall administration (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/FTD), and SSE platforms (Zscaler).
