Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Python Integration Engineer to build and maintain enterprise integrations and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing and developing REST APIs, handling payload validation, implementing robust error handling and retry mechanisms, and integrating distributed systems.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Python-based APIs and integration services.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Handle API payload validation, transformation, and data mapping.
Implement error handling, retry logic, idempotency, and publish/writeback patterns.
Integrate enterprise applications using messaging platforms such as Kafka.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable and scalable integration solutions.
Troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows and production issues.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Python.
Experience building REST APIs and microservices (FastAPI preferred).
Strong understanding of API integration, payload handling, validation, and error handling.
Experience implementing retry mechanisms, idempotency, and publish/writeback patterns.
Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
Knowledge of SQL and JSON.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
