Rate: $36/hr on C2C
The proposed position would serve as an M365 and Web Communications Liaison, acting as a bridge
between the Web Team, County departments, project stakeholders, and end users. The role would
focus on communication, coordination, customer service, and process improvement rather than deep technical administration. This is an entry level position.
*Key Responsibilities*
The position would:
* Serve as a customer liaison between the Web Team and County departments.
* Support communications for M365, SharePoint Online, intranet, web, accessibility, and digital service initiatives.
* Assist with GovDelivery email processes, including intake, review, coordination, scheduling, and follow-up.
* Help departments understand service offerings, standards, processes, timelines, and requirements.
* Coordinate with content owners, communications staff, and business stakeholders.
* Support training communications, adoption efforts, FAQs, process documentation, and customer-facing materials.
* Help manage intake and follow-up for web and M365 requests through Jira, the Service Desk, or other tracking processes.
* Identify recurring communication gaps or process issues and recommend improvements.
