Description
We are looking for a skilled M365 Solutions Expert to join our team in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This Contract to permanent position involves managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 services to meet organizational needs for collaboration, security, and compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to design and implement secure, scalable solutions that enhance productivity while ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 tools including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform to support organizational goals.
Design and implement secure solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet compliance requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Microsoft 365 configurations.
Lead governance and standardization efforts for Microsoft 365 capabilities across the organization.
Ensure strong controls over data protection, access management, and lifecycle processes.
Monitor and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, addressing performance and security issues promptly.
Provide technical guidance and support for users to maximize the adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and advancements to recommend improvements.
Implement strategies that align Microsoft 365 services with organizational risk and compliance objectives.
Work with Information Systems and Security teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 services.
Requirements
Proven experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server.
Proficiency in managing Windows 10 environments.
Familiarity with Dell Technologies hardware and solutions.
Experience working with Citrix Technologies.
Strong knowledge of 365 tools and services.
Ability to design secure and scalable solutions within compliance frameworks.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
