The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Power BI, NetSuite, and Workday Adaptive Planning, along with the ability to work comfortably in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Responsibilities:
Partner with finance and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboards, models, and analytics solutions.
Build and maintain Power BI reports that present financial and operational performance in a clear, accurate, and decision-ready format.
Develop data models, calculations, and DAX logic to support recurring analysis, KPI tracking, and management reporting.
Work with NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Planning data to deliver insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and broader FP& A activities.
Collaborate with technical team members on data preparation, integration, and quality improvement efforts across reporting sources.
Use analytical tools and scripting, including Python where appropriate, to streamline reporting processes and enhance data analysis.
Support business users by validating outputs, resolving reporting issues, and refining dashboards based on feedback and evolving priorities.
Contribute to analytics initiatives that improve financial visibility and strengthen data-driven planning across the organization.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in business intelligence or analytics roles with strong exposure to finance-focused reporting.
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.
Working knowledge of NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights) in a reporting or planning environment.
Background supporting FP& A, budgeting, forecasting, or other finance business processes.
Ability to work with data engineering or data preparation tools to organize and transform information for analysis.
Proficiency with Python or similar tools used to automate analysis or support reporting workflows.
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
