Locations: Charlotte, NC | Dallas, TX | Chandler, AZ (3days in hybrid)
Payrate: $65-70/hr
Duration: 12-24 Months

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in cloud-native application development and GenAI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys solving complex engineering problems, thinks systematically, and can contribute across architecture, development, and implementation.


• This role requires deep expertise in Java or Python development skills.
  candidate should have experience building scalable enterprise applications, integrating AI/GenAI capabilities, and working within modern cloud ecosystems.


• Experience within regulated industries and cybersecurity-focused environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable cloud-native applications and distributed systems.


• Build and integrate GenAI-enabled solutions into enterprise platforms and workflows.


• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.


• Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java, Python, and related technologies.


• Contribute to system design, technical strategy, and engineering best practices.


• Participate in hands-on coding, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.


• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps and automation initiatives.


• Ensure solutions follow security, scalability, reliability, and compliance standards.


• Work within Agile development environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise environments.


• Expertise in Java or Python development.


• Experience with GEN AI, AI/ML frameworks, and LLM integration patterns.


• Experience with cloud-native development and modern cloud platforms.


• Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, containers, and distributed systems.


• Experience implementing or integrating GenAI-enabled solutions and AI-driven applications.


• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work independently as a self-starter in fast-paced environments.


• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or cybersecurity.


• Exposure to secure software development and cybersecurity principles.


• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, or similar container orchestration platforms.


• Prior experience building highly available and scalable enterprise applications.
