Pay Range: $65 - $68/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements for software programs or application enhancements
- Create detailed programming specifications
- Write or modify code for complex software programs, components, or applications
- Perform development testing and audit results
- Support and maintain software programs, components, or applications in a production environment
- Create and maintain documentation
- Provide input and advice on programming best practices
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of Duck Creek application development in Policy admin/servicing (DC Claims or Billing experience is not a substitute)
- Experience in content development/manuscripts
- Experience with software design patterns
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with business partners
- Experience with manuscript development, configuring coverages and rating, designing and implementing rules and workflows, API integrations, and Flagr
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, front-end scripting languages, SQL
- Experience in the Commercial Lines Insurance business
- Familiarity with Lean, Agile development, and Git
