About the Opportunity

This is a long-term remote opportunity for a Duck Creek professional to work on insurance billing solutions within a collaborative technical and functional environment.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Billing Developer with strong hands-on experience in Duck Creek Billing and a solid background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Duck Creek Billing configurations, workflows, customizations, and insurance billing processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize Duck Creek Billing solutions.
Work closely with business analysts and functional teams to understand billing requirements.
Configure and support Duck Creek Billing workflows and business processes.
Work on billing functionality including invoicing, payments, adjustments, commissions, and collections.
Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
Participate in testing and validation activities.
Collaborate with technical, business, and functional stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Duck Creek Billing Development experience.
Strong understanding of P&C Insurance billing processes.
Experience with Duck Creek Billing configurations, workflows, and customizations.
Understanding of insurance billing concepts such as:
- Invoicing
- Payments
- Adjustments
- Collections
Experience collaborating with business and functional teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

C# / .NET
SQL
XML / XSLT
Duck Creek development and configuration experience
Experience working with insurance applications and integrations
