Position: Salesforce Revenue Cloud & CPQ Functional Lead/Business Analyst

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud to lead requirements, solution design, and end‑to‑end Quote-to-Cash process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Act as the SME for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and related modules.
Design and optimize quoting, pricing, product catalog, subscriptions, amendments, renewals, and billing flows.
Work closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Support data mapping, integrations, UAT planning, training, and post‑go‑live adoption.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ + Revenue Cloud.
Solid understanding of product rules, pricing strategies, subscription lifecycle, and invoicing.
Experience with ERP or financial system integrations.
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Preferred:
Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification.
Experience with SaaS, manufacturing, telecom, or subscription-based models.
