Role Summary
As a Product Manager, you will own and drive the strategy, delivery, and continuous optimization of digital products that support a global network and customer facing experiences. This role plays a critical part in translating enterprise strategy into measurable outcomes that enhance customer loyalty, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
In this role, you will lead end to end product ownership, from discovery through launch and optimization, with a strong focus on loyalty programs and enterprise platforms. You will partner closely with business leaders, engineering, vendors, and end users to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with premium brand standards while delivering clear and measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and implement a tier based loyalty program that supports enterprise and customer objectives
• Measure loyalty program performance through campaigns, customer touchpoints, and defined success metrics
• Manage product roadmaps and feature releases across all loyalty related initiatives
• Partner with engineering teams and third party vendors to design, build, and deploy solutions
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy
• Lead structured discovery to identify high value problems, opportunities, and solutions
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs
• Plan and execute product launches, ensuring operational readiness, training, and stakeholder alignment
Key Requirements
• 7 or more years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a complex enterprise or distributed environment
• Proven experience delivering digital products in Agile environments with structured discovery practices
• Strong ability to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and cross functional dependencies
• Experience partnering with engineering teams, business leaders, and external vendors
• Demonstrated success using data and metrics to inform decisions and measure outcomes
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to operate effectively within a global, multi location organization and balance competing priorities
