Challenges You'll Solve:
* Fragmented and inconsistent data across systems
* Lack of standardized data models and governance
* Difficulty executing precise, targeted campaigns due to dispersed data sources
* Legacy impacts from M&A and historical data management gaps

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with Segment (CDP), including administrative or implementation exposure
* Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data pipelines
* Ability to work with datasets to uncover insights (e.g., eCommerce behaviors like cart abandonment)
* Experience partnering with data engineering teams on platform development
* Familiarity with AI-driven data use cases, including personalization, segmentation, or automation
* Exposure to AI integrations or agent-based workflows (even at a personal or experimental level)
* Interest in contributing to an AI-forward data organization
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
* Ability to translate complex data challenges into clear product strategies
* Comfortable working with senior leadership and influencing direction
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in evolving environments
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
