Business Analyst ? Power Platform / SKU Management Summary The Business Analyst will support a complex IT application built on Microsoft Power Platform, focused on SKU creation and management within a large manufacturing environment. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
? Gather, document, and validate business requirements related to SKU creation processes.
? Partner with cross?functional teams to understand operational workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
? Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
? Support testing cycles, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
? Use Jira and qTest to manage user stories, test cases, and defects.
? Assist with configuration, updates, and enhancements to the Power Platform application.
? Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing updates, clarifications, and documentation.
? Ensure data accuracy and process compliance across SKU lifecycle activities.
Skills: Required Qualifications
? Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. (5-8 years) ? Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
? Hands?on experience with testing cycles and defect tracking.
? Proficiency with Jira and qTest.
? Ability to work in fast?paced, complex project environments.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
? Background in manufacturing or product lifecycle processes.
