Job Summary
M&R Sales and Digital is expanding its technology footprint and is seeking a Director / Senior Manager – Technology Strategy & Operations to partner with senior leadership in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational effectiveness, and enabling scalable growth. This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, execution governance, and executive communication, with a strong emphasis on technical storytelling and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Execution & Leadership Enablement
•    Partner closely with VP and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives 
•    Translate leadership vision into actionable execution plans and measurable outcomes 
•    Enable AI adoption strategies, engineering productivity, and L&D initiatives 
•    Act as a trusted advisor on technology strategy and transformation 
2. Technology Operations & Governance
•    Establish governance frameworks for execution tracking and reporting 
•    Improve organizational efficiency and delivery predictability 
•    Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and business teams 
3. Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management
•    Create compelling executive-level presentations and narratives 
•    Communicate complex technical topics in a simplified, business-friendly manner 
•    Manage stakeholder expectations and drive decision-making 
Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field 
•    7+ years of experience in: 
o    Technology Strategy 
o    Operations 
o    Program/Portfolio Management 
o    Digital Transformation 
•    Proven experience working with VP-level or senior leadership 
•    Strong understanding of: 
o    Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 
o    Digital platforms and enterprise systems 
•    Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills 
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience in Sales & Digital transformation environments 
•    Exposure to AI/ML strategy or adoption initiatives 
•    MBA or advanced degree (nice to have)
