Schwab Operations provides operational support for all Schwab enterprises including, but not limited to, Advisor Services, Investor Services and Schwab's International business. The Asset Transfer Platform (ATP) team is responsible for facilitating the modernization and maintaining the viability of Schwab systems that support cash management solutions, transfer of assets and mitigating risks associated with the processing of their transactions. The team leverages its business and technical expertise in partnership with business and technology stakeholders to align their strategic vision with that of ATP including participation in requirements, prioritization, design, development, testing and certification activities. The Senior Manager of our intake process supports all intake functions and is a communication coordinator to the enterprise in reviewing, assessing and prioritizing of initiatives from the receipt of initiative requests up to the point of execution planning.

This role will report to the Senior Team Manager of ATP Intake. The individual in this role will collaborate with key business, operational & IT stakeholders in defining scope, interpreting requirements and priorities for the modernization and transformation of our payment product systems. The role will require a mix of business and technical knowledge, acting as a liaison/partner to maintain business, operational and IT alignment.

This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and translate business needs into actionable solutions that enhance the client experience. The individual will serve as a strong communicator and relationship builder, driving alignment across cross-functional teams while operating with a purpose-driven, client-centric mindset. Success in this role requires collaboration within an Agile environment, the ability to challenge assumptions and propose innovative solutions, and the confidence to influence decisions and navigate complexity. The ideal candidate will effectively overcome barriers, foster trusted partnerships, and drive scalable, efficient outcomes across the enterprise.

What you have

Required Qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience in product management or a similar field; Agile Methodology
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills; influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills - ability to quickly analyze data to identify key insights and apply them to the business; quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Ability to build strong partnerships in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to align and unify ALL stakeholders to a shared vision and a common focus
  • Depth of experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira) or related toolset, especially story writing/management and maintaining project boards
  • Ability to analyze and communicate technology recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Perform well not only in an individual role but thrive in a team environment
  • Competence in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; Confluence and SharePoint skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Securities Industry/Operational background preferred; a focus on cash management solutions
