The Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex technical solutions that meet client business objectives. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, engineering teams, and project managers to develop scalable, secure, and innovative architectures. The Senior Solutions Architect will analyze requirements, evaluate technologies, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical strategies are essential.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
12+ years of hands-on experience in IT architecture, solution design, or software development
Proven expertise in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and multi-tier architecture
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of security, networking, and database technologies
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred
Ability to leverage code generation tools and AI-powered development platforms to accelerate solution delivery and improve technical outcomes
Experience designing and implementing AI and GenAI solutions in enterprise environments
Good understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI technologies
Ability to integrate AI-driven features into existing architectures and workflows
Familiarity with leading AI frameworks and AWS AI services
Experience implementing AI solutions that can include integration of LLMs/multi-modal FMs in large scale systems, fine-tuning LLMs, deployment and distributed inference of LLMs, RAG, FM evaluation, Vector DBs, Agentic workflows, prompt/context engineering, and MLOps.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and select appropriate tools and platforms based on business requirements.
