Job Description

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system errors to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of technology upgrades and updates.
  • Document technical issues and solutions to improve support processes.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to identify and resolve recurring problems.
  • Train end-users on new technologies and provide ongoing technical guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and IT security protocols.
