Job Description
This role provides hands-on technical support across hardware, software, networking, and AV systems while delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring smooth daily technology operations for the firm.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist in the maintenance and upgrading of technology systems and applications.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges.
- Document technical processes and solutions for future reference.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on technology systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and suggest improvements to current systems.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Technology Support Analyst should have:
- A minimum of three years of related work experience, including two years of specialized technical training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience supporting technology within a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of current technology applications, hardware, and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and end-users.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
