What You?ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair drivability concerns
- Perform electrical and ABS diagnostics
- Handle engine and transmission repair work
- Stay productive with a steady stream of repair orders
- Produce consistent flagged hours in a flat-rate environment
- Work independently with minimal oversight
What We?re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to consistently produce in a flat-rate environment
- Experience handling drivability concerns efficiently
- ASE certifications are a plus and increase pay
This Role Is NOT For:
- Technicians who need constant supervision
- Parts changers without diagnostic ability
- Techs uncomfortable in a production environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Flat rate starting at $40/hr
- Up to $50/hr based on ASE certifications
- 40?50+ hours/week available
- PTO after 6 months with continued accrual
