YSI is seeking an Service Desk Lead and desk-side support operations; ticket intake, triage, assignment, escalation, and resolution; Tier 1 3 user support; incident/problem management; ITSM tracking; endpoint troubleshooting; customer support; performance metrics; and coordination of technical support personnel. The PAE Fires labor structure incorporates historical Help Desk functions into System Administrator categories.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years with MA/MS, or 12+ years with BA/BS under the ITES-3S substitution. Seek a senior IT support leader with enterprise service desk/desk-side support, ITSM, endpoint/user support, escalation management, metrics, and systems-administration experience.
- Active Secret clearance (Minimum); TS/SCI and/or SAP access may be required based on assigned responsibilities.
