UI/UX Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a senior-level UX/UI Designer to join a collaborative, fast-moving product and brand design environment based in Frisco, Texas (TX). This is a hands-on, onsite role for a highly consultative designer who thrives on solving complex problems through design thinking and user empathy.

Summary:
In this role, you will design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences across web, mobile applications, kiosks, and in-store experiences. You will partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, and creative teams to translate business goals and user needs into elegant, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end design process-from research and journey mapping through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs-while continuously iterating based on feedback, analytics, and usability insights. You will regularly present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional partners and leadership, clearly articulating design decisions and tradeoffs.

This position is ideal for a senior designer who combines strong visual design craft with strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving real-world user experiences at scale.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
* Strong portfolio required, showcasing end-to-end digital product design (research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, final UI)
* Proven experience designing customer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms
* Deep understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG)
* Highly consultative skill set with strong stakeholder partnership experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; Able to clearly explain design decisions and concepts
* Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:
* Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
* Experience with consumer, retail, or e-commerce platforms
* Exposure to analytics, heat-mapping, A/B testing, or conversion optimization

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
