ETL & SQL Developer

IDR is seeking an ETL & SQL Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves developing and maintaining SQL queries, ETL processes, and database integrations within an enterprise environment, supporting data migration projects and reporting initiatives.

Position Overview for the ETL & SQL Developer:

• Develops and maintains SQL queries, ETL processes, and database-driven integrations across enterprise systems.
• Supports data movement, interfaces, and related development for HCM migration projects, including PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion.
• Builds and maintains integrations across various district applications such as Infinite Campus, Schoology, and others.
• Supports state reporting requirements and modernizes existing interfaces and legacy processes.
• Mentors junior team members and provides technical guidance to improve team practices.

Requirements for the ETL & SQL Developer:

• 7-10 years of relevant experience preferred, with a senior-level background in ETL, SQL development, and data services.
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL development experience.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and ETL development; SSRS experience is beneficial.
• Strong data modeling, data warehousing, and Data Mart development experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining database-driven interfaces and integrations.

Compensation Details: $99,978 - $124,972
