Manager Systems Administration

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Manager Systems Administration in Fairhaven, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the Global Systems Administration team to deliver reliable, high-performing enterprise infrastructure and applications
* Ensure 24x7 system availability across global environments, driving operational excellence
* Align technology solutions with business goals to support strategic objectives
* Provide visionary leadership and foster innovation across cloud and on-prem platforms
* Champion best practices in governance, security, and compliance
* Focus on team development, mentoring, and building a high-performing culture
* Manage vendor relationships to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness
* Drive process improvement initiatives for scalable and efficient IT operations worldwide

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* 10+ years of IT experience managing global 24x7 environments
* Expertise in Microsoft platforms: O365, Active Directory, Azure, SaaS, IaaS
* Strong knowledge of system monitoring, security, and backup technologies
* Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Experience with IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks
* Ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure
* Strong business acumen; Able to translate technical concepts into business terms
* Comfortable in fast-paced, global environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
