What will your day look like?

As an Endpoint Platform Engineer, you will:

• Support and maintain enterprise endpoint platforms and desktop environments

• Engineer, administer, and troubleshoot thin client technologies in a large-scale environment

• Support Linux-based endpoint operating systems and desktop platforms

• Manage endpoint policies, configuration standards, and device administration activities

• Support enterprise endpoint management solutions and mobile device management (MDM) platforms

• Troubleshoot operating system, endpoint configuration, and device-related issues

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues across laptops, desktops, thin clients, and peripheral devices

• Assist with endpoint platform upgrades, migrations, rollouts, and environment stabilization initiatives

• Collaborate with End User Computing (EUC), infrastructure, networking, and security teams to resolve technical issues

• Monitor endpoint platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards

• Support ongoing platform optimization and operational excellence initiatives

You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint, desktop, or EUC environments

• Hands-on experience with IGEL or other enterprise thin-client solutions

• Working knowledge of Linux-based endpoint operating systems

• Experience supporting endpoint management and device administration platforms

• Experience with Workspace ONE, AirWatch, or similar endpoint management technologies

• Strong troubleshooting experience across endpoint devices, operating systems, and configurations

• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, thin clients, and peripheral hardware

• Strong understanding of endpoint lifecycle management and endpoint support best practices

• Experience working in highly regulated or large-scale enterprise environments

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale IGEL environments

• Experience with endpoint automation and configuration management

• Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance best practices

• Experience supporting virtual desktop or desktop virtualization technologies

• Familiarity with enterprise authentication and access management technologies

• Experience supporting highly available enterprise endpoint environments

• Experience with hardware imaging, deployment, and provisioning processes

• Exposure to enterprise infrastructure, networking, and security concepts
