Position Title: Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL 32839
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Work Schedule: 24x7x365 environment; candidates must be flexible for any shift and on-call support
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Guide users through technical solutions and issue resolution
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
- Prioritize support tickets based on urgency and impact
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Assist with documentation and process improvement initiatives
- Support onsite and remote users in a fast-paced Support Center environment
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows hardware/software and networking issues
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a 24x7 support environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL
