Senior Technical Delivery/Project Manager – Process & Systems Transformation

Client Enterprise Services (ES) is seeking a highly motivated, business-focused Senior Technical Project Manager to join the Program Management Office (PMO). The PMO leads cross-functional, enterprise-wide business transformation technology projects that support both enterprise and business-specific solutions. This role facilitates the delivery of Client Process & Systems Transformation (PST) projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and meet business objectives. The Senior Project Manager acts as a liaison between SAP development teams, program workstreams, and Business Unit Digital Technology teams, employing various project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) to drive value.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee end-to-end delivery of integration/interface objects for PST program go-lives.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP development, workstreams, architecture, QA, infrastructure, and vendors.
· Ensure adherence to delivery standards, quality expectations, and enterprise policies.
· Support production releases, cutover activities, and post-deployment stabilization.
· Drive continuous process improvement and delivery metrics.
· Manage all aspects of project communication, change management, and project execution in alignment with Enterprise Infrastructure PMO standards.
· Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, adapting to changing priorities and scope.
· Collaborate with senior leaders to define project objectives, scope, and funding needs, and establish business cases.
· Develop and align project teams around vision, strategy, and goals.
· Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.
· Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet technical and business objectives.
· Facilitate project initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of key strategic initiatives.
· Provide leadership in Agile roles, such as Scrum Master, Product Manager, or Product Owner.
· Conduct regular project reviews with stakeholders and senior IT/business leaders.
· Document and share lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
Required Skills:
· Advanced knowledge of project management tools and applications (e.g., Planview, Microsoft Project, Visio, Office Suite).
· Experience coordinating technical implementation, process reengineering, and organizational change activities.
· Strong risk management and communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Ability to coach and mentor team members to ensure quality deliverables.
