Project Manager - Power BI & Post-Market Surveillance (Temporary)Location: Acton, MA (Local Candidates Only)
Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong Power BI expertise and a background in medical devices, life sciences, or regulatory environments? Join a leading healthcare organization and play a critical role in delivering data-driven insights that support product safety, quality, and compliance initiatives.
In this temporary position, you will lead end-to-end Power BI dashboard projects supporting Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) programs. You'll collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Medical, Engineering, and Data teams to gather requirements, manage project timelines, oversee dashboard development, and ensure the successful deployment of validated reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Power BI dashboard projects from planning through deployment
- Gather business requirements and define KPIs, reporting needs, and project scope
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data engineering, analytics, validation, and quality
- Track project milestones, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Support dashboard validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and compliance activities
- Drive continuous improvement, reporting governance, and process optimization
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and performance reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of project management, post-market surveillance, quality, regulatory, analytics, or reporting experience within medical devices or life sciences
- Advanced Power BI expertise required
- Experience with Azure Databricks is a plus
- Knowledge of GxP, medical device regulations, quality systems, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
