RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager (Post Market Data Insights). Candidates must be local to Acton, MA.
Key Tasks:
* Lead end-to-end project management of Power BI dashboard initiatives supporting post-market surveillance, from intake and requirements through deployment and optimization
* Manage dashboard intake and prioritization aligned with critical post-market deliverables
* Define scope, timelines, and deliverables; manage risks, dependencies, and resources across post-market, data engineering, analytics, and validation teams
* Analyze, manage, and report post-market data to support strategic and tactical decision-making
* Partner with Post-Market Surveillance leadership to address safety, quality, and compliance questions and drive project success
* Provide insights and recommendations; Identify process improvements and support development of reporting tools
* Support compliance by assessing and driving procedural updates, corrective actions, and RFAI responses
* Oversee dashboard lifecycle: data sourcing, modeling, visualization, and automation
* Coordinate cross-functional work between data engineering and Power BI teams
* Track milestones; Provide status updates, manage escalations, and communicate with stakeholders
* Lead requirements gathering (BRD/URS) to define KPIs, business rules, and reporting needs
* Translate business and regulatory needs into technical specifications aligned with GxP standards
* Plan and track project performance and ensure timely delivery
* Facilitate meetings, agendas, notes, and action items
* Lead stakeholder reviews and incorporate feedback into enhancements and roadmap
* Ensure alignment between requirements and delivered outputs
* Coordinate validation (UAT, testing, documentation) with Quality and IT teams
* Maintain traceability across requirements, development, and validation
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's Level degree
* 5+ years of demonstrated experience in post-market surveillance, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, data analysis/analytics or data reporting, and/or project management in the medical device and/or life sciences industry
* Advanced Power BI expertise required
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
* Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally
* Ability to foster teamwork, to work cooperatively and effectively with team members and to influence without authority; Positive, results driven, rational, logical, team player
* Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment; Ability to accurately execute multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with high attention to detail and drive for getting results
* Ability to work independently and on multiple projects against deadlines
* Flexibility to move between routine operational and project tasks quickly and seamlessly
* Working knowledge of MS Office products, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and project management software
* Ability to understand medical/clinical and technical aspects of product
* Knowledgeable of Medical Device Regulations
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
* Experience with Azure Databricks is a plus
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Excellent writing skills
* Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
* Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
* Proficiency with Medical Device regulations, particularly as they relate to post-market surveillance, vigilance, complaint handling, and risk management
Physical Requirements (if applicable):
* This position requires extensive computer use
* This position may require travel (domestic and international): some travel to company sites will be required on occasion
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
