Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise master data management and reference data solutions.
- Implement data quality rules, validation processes, and governance standards to improve data accuracy and consistency.
- Integrate, manage, and optimize enterprise data across multiple platforms while supporting large-scale data environments.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support data governance, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
10 years of experience in master data management, data quality, enterprise data integration, data governance, and enterprise data management solutions.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality Management, Data Governance, Data Integration, ETL Development, Data Cataloging & Metadata Management, Cloud Data Warehousing, Automation Scripting
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Data Governance, Reference Data Management, Enterprise Data Management, Business Requirements Analysis, Cross-Functional Collaboration
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise-scale cloud data platforms and large datasets.
- Experience in healthcare, public health, or state government environments.
