Position Summary
Engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and remediating non-permitted, unsupported, or non-compliant technologies across our Network Toolset.
This role ensures that all systems, integrations, and configurations adhere to the enterprise technology standards, security policies, and operational requirements.
Working within the Network Tools Architecture and Engineering team, the engineer will drive efforts to eliminate unauthorized or legacy components.
The position requires close collaboration with Network Engineering, Security, Asset Management, and Application teams to validate device eligibility, coordinate remediation actions, and prevent re-introduction of non-permitted technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Knowledge in the areas of Fault Monitoring, Capacity Management, Configuration Management, and Performance Management within the Network Infrastructure area.
- General Network engineering experience.
- Unix OS Administration.
- SNMP.
- Syslog.
- Knowledge on the Change Management process.
