Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the client s loyalty program onsite in Miramar, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a structured approach to documentation, and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and Siebel engineers to gather requirements, document business processes, manage change requests, and support the successful delivery of loyalty
