Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate must hold CBAP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications and have a proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and deliver business solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and senior leadership to define business needs and solution objectives.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, business process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, and requirements walkthroughs.
• Perform current-state and future-state analysis, gap analysis, impact assessment, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support Agile/Scrum teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and acceptance testing.
• Apply business analysis and product ownership practices to ensure requirements align with business value and strategic objectives.
• Develop process models, workflows, data mappings, and business rules as required.
• Coordinate with QA teams to develop test scenarios, support UAT, validate business requirements, and resolve defects.
• Manage requirements traceability, scope changes, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, automation, and digital transformation.
• Communicate project status, business impacts, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional Business Analysis experience in complex enterprise projects.
• CBAP certification — mandatory.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) — mandatory.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) — mandatory.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, gap analysis, and requirements traceability.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog management.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and other business analysis deliverables.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect triage, and end-to-end solution validation.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise application modernization, system integration, and digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, APIs, and reporting tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in large-scale, multi-team environments.
• Knowledge of change management, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.
