Sr. Accountant - Fixed Asset for a

San Jose, California.
**Hybrid work model - Required Onsite Tuesday-Thursday** We're looking for a Senior Staff Accountant who's a process-driven, self-starter with a strong foundation in accounting and cash flow management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working independently, and is passionate about financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and manage daily cash entries
- Track and reconcile receipts to maintain accurate records
- Lead and support month-end close activities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on cash flow management experience
- Solid accounting background, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
