A leading digital streaming network seeks a PTP Vendor Onboarding & Supplier Master Data Management Lead to drive the enterprise vendor onboarding strategy, supplier master data governance, and end-to-end vendor lifecycle management, and to optimize procure-to-pay processes, ensure regulatory compliance, improve data quality, support Oracle Fusion initiatives, and lead continuous process improvements across the organization.

PTP Vendor Onboarding & Supplier Master Data Management Lead Responsibilities:
  • Lead the enterprise vendor onboarding, supplier master data, and end-to-end vendor lifecycle processes, including onboarding, maintenance, offboarding, governance, compliance, process optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement across business units.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive Oracle Fusion initiatives, system implementations, data migrations, integrations, testing, process redesign, root cause analysis, and operational improvements while serving as the subject matter expert for vendor onboarding and master data management.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, internal controls, audit readiness, SOX compliance, third-party risk management, supplier data quality standards, and vendor master data integrity across ERP systems and connected platforms.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize standard operating procedures, reporting dashboards, KPIs, compliance metrics, training materials, and executive reporting while identifying automation opportunities and improving vendor onboarding efficiency.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership across vendor onboarding operations by driving cross-functional alignment, influencing stakeholders, making strategic recommendations, resolving complex process issues, and ensuring the successful execution of enterprise initiatives without direct people management responsibility.

PTP Vendor Onboarding & Supplier Master Data Management Lead Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in vendor onboarding, procure-to-pay (PTP), supplier master data management, or related functions, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or comparable ERP platforms, vendor master data governance, data quality management, system integrations, supplier onboarding, process documentation, system implementations, data migrations, go-live activities, and continuous process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, third-party risk management (TPRM), supplier onboarding controls, tax and banking documentation requirements (W-9, W-8, 1099, OFAC, TIN matching), supplier portal tools, onboarding automation platforms, or MDM software is preferred.
  • Proven ability to perform root cause analysis, develop governance frameworks, optimize business processes, create reporting dashboards and KPIs, manage executive-level stakeholder relationships, and lead cross-functional initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, influence senior stakeholders, support global teams across multiple time zones, and experience in media, entertainment, large enterprise, Global Business Services (GBS), or shared services environments are preferred.

Shift:
  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, depending on location.
  • Flexibility may be required to account for team members in different time zones, such as Budapest.
