Job Details:

Responsibilities

• The candidate should have experience in Epic Windows, servers, and systems (WS&S) support.
• A strong foundation in maintaining Windows server operating systems is required.
• The role involves the installation, updating, and maintenance of Epic components, ensuring
• their availability.
• The candidate must possess the ability to troubleshoot issues related to Epic component
• systems.
• The successful candidate will assist in quarterly Epic upgrades.
• Responsibilities include ensuring that high availability and disaster recovery configurations are
• both maintained and regularly tested.
• The candidate is expected to monitor Epic target platform compatibility and provide
• recommendations.
• It is essential to maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• The candidate should have scripting knowledge for automation and optimization purposes.
• Writing and following comprehensive system documentation is a key responsibility.
• The candidate is expected to maintain Epic system best practices for optimal performance.
• Monitoring and applying patches to remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities is a crucial aspect
• of the role.
• Performing Windows patching is part of the regular responsibilities.
• Epic ECSA certification is a requirement for this position.
• The candidate should have experience in managing Citrix NetScalers.
• Experience in building and managing servers in VM Ware

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Epic ECSA Certification
• Experience with Epic windows, servers & systems(WS&S) support
• Knowledge and experience in maintaining Windows server operating systems
