Summary

Job Title : Peoplesoft Developer

Location: Remote 100%

Duration: Long term

Job Type : Contract (We can consider - W2)

Time - 8am-5pm, PST

Responsibilities:

These developers will be supporting the following modules in Peoplesoft -WFA-Workforce Administration, TAM-Talent Acquisition Management and ePerformance

PeopleSoft HCM Development: Develop and enhance PeopleSoft HCM 9.x, with strong expertise in Workforce Administration (WFA), Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), and ePerformance.
Technical Development: Design, develop, modify, debug, and deploy complex solutions using Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Fluid Pages, Integration Broker, and custom reports.
PeopleSoft Tools & Technologies: Strong hands-on experience with Fluid UI, Tiles, Related Content, Event Mapping, Page Field Configurator, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Database & SQL: Advanced skills in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, PeopleSoft data model, data analysis, and complex queries.
Integration & Data Services: Experience with Integration Broker, data integration, web services, data services, conversions, and system interfaces.
Production Support: Provide advanced production support, issue triage, debugging, root-cause analysis, recurring issue resolution, and on-call support.
System Implementation: Participate in large-scale PeopleSoft implementations, conversion planning, configuration strategy, object migration using STAT/PHIRE, and deployment activities.
Documentation & Testing: Prepare technical design specifications, programming documentation, test plans, implementation plans, and system standards.
Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with technical teams, business users, SMEs, management, and project teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Experience Required: 7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.x experience, including experience on at least two large-scale implementations involving multiple locations and large user populations.
