Summary

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead / Project Manager for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for managing the delivery of public cloud outcomes for a critical infrastructure portfolio. The Delivery Lead will sit within the portfolio management office and will be responsible for service and capability enablement for identity, database, and data platforms in the public cloud. This position blends enterprise delivery leadership, portfolio governance, and lean portfolio management to ensure initiatives achieve targeted business outcomes while remaining compliant with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities
  • Support portfolio level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs and projects
  • Provide visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, dependencies, financials, and outcomes to senior management
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects of varying complexity
  • Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, financials, and resourcing
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans, roadmaps, and action plans
  • Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives
  • Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate
  • Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking
  • Ensure initiatives comply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls

Requirements:
  • Typically 7 years of experience in program, project, or delivery management within a technical organization
  • Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training
  • Experience with program and project management across multiple initiatives and delivery stages
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe / scaled Agile concepts
  • Experience with Hybrid delivery models (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project financial management
  • Experience with risk, audit, and compliance delivery (SIAIs, MRAs, RIAIs)
  • Expertise with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Broad technical background supporting Infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud, and AI technologies
  • Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments
  • Proven ability to influence, communicate, and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in complex, matrixed environments
  • Experience leading work in matrixed and/or global environments

  • SAFe / Agile certifications
  • Release Train Engineer (RTE)
  • PM / PO certifications

Pay range: $52.10 - $60.10 per hour
