Genesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead / Project Manager for a hybrid position (3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for managing the delivery of public cloud outcomes for a critical technology infrastructure portfolio. The Delivery Lead will go beyond traditional project management to deliver service and capability enablement, ensuring that infrastructure and cloud platforms are supported by consistent governance, execution discipline, and risk management practices. This position partners closely with senior business and technology leaders to plan, execute, and monitor a diverse portfolio of initiatives using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
Responsibilities: - Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities
- Support portfolio level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs, projects, and workstreams
- Provide visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, dependencies, financials, and outcomes to senior management
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects of varying complexity
- Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, financials, and resourcing
- Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments across initiatives
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate to initiative needs
- Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking
- Ensure initiatives comply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls
Requirements: - Typically 7+ years of experience in program, project, or delivery management within a technical organization
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training
- Experience with program and project management across multiple initiatives and delivery stages
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe / scaled Agile concepts) and Hybrid delivery models
- Experience with portfolio, program, and project financial management
- Familiarity with risk, audit, and compliance delivery
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and MS Project
- Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud, and AI technologies
- Proven ability to influence, communicate, and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage and deliver complex technical solutions across multiple teams
- Experience leading work in matrixed and/or global environments
Desired skills: - PMP Certification
- Certified Scrum Master
- SAFe / Agile certifications
- Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- PM / PO certifications
Pay range: $52.10 - $60.10 per hour
