About the Role

We're looking for a Product Analyst to join the ServiceNow Core Platform AI Innovation & Incubation team. In this role, you'll help bring enterprise AI initiatives from concept through production while ensuring solutions meet governance, risk, and operational readiness standards.

You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and governance, serving as a key connector across teams. You will help identify and clarify requirements, maintain traceability of AI use cases, coordinate dependencies, and support the delivery lifecycle from backlog refinement and sprint execution through testing, validation, and deployment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with AI-assisted technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, understands how effective prompting can improve outcomes, and knows how to ask the right questions to turn business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
What You'll Do

• Manage the traceability and lifecycle of AI use cases across the ServiceNow platform, from initial concept through production deployment.
• Help ensure AI solutions align with required enterprise governance, risk, and control frameworks.
• Gather, clarify, document, and validate business and technical requirements for AI initiatives.
• Ask thoughtful, targeted questions to uncover business needs, dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate inputs across ServiceNow tenants, product teams, engineering teams, architecture, and governance stakeholders.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and execution within the AI Innovation & Incubation delivery team.
• Coordinate testing and validation activities and help ensure AI solutions meet production-readiness requirements.
• Identify, track, and communicate cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements and delivery plans.
• Support the evaluation and adoption of AI-assisted tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and similar technologies.
• Apply an understanding of prompting and AI interactions to help teams develop effective AI use cases.
• Communicate project status, requirements, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, including directors and vice presidents.
• Help establish a consistent, repeatable approach for moving enterprise AI initiatives from ideation through deployment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and AI-assisted productivity tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Practical understanding of AI prompting, including how well-structured questions and instructions influence AI-generated outcomes.
• Experience gathering, documenting, clarifying, and validating business or product requirements.
• Ability to ask effective discovery questions and translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business and technical teams.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and priorities.
• Ability to work effectively within an Agile or sprint-based delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• General knowledge or hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, platform functionality, and enterprise use cases.
• Experience supporting technology product management, product analysis, business analysis, or platform delivery.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, controls, or responsible AI practices.
• Experience coordinating software testing, validation, release readiness, or production deployments.
• Experience working across product, engineering, architecture, risk, and governance functions.

In this role, you'll help ensure that AI use cases are well-defined, traceable, governed, testable, and production-ready. You'll create alignment between business objectives and technical execution while helping teams move efficiently through the AI delivery lifecycle.

Your ability to combine AI acumen, strong requirements analysis, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination will be critical to helping the organization responsibly scale AI capabilities across the ServiceNow platform.
