Role: Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer

Location: Remote
Contract: 6-months

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer with 5+ years of Salesforce QA experience, including strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and automated testing, end-to-end Salesforce workflows, integrations, and regression testing.

Responsibilities:

Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ applications.
Develop comprehensive end-to-end test cases covering Salesforce and cross-system integrations.
Create and maintain test plans, regression test suites, and QA documentation.
Test Salesforce UI, navigation, reports, page layouts, and customizations.
Perform integration testing using Web/API automation.
Work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and business users to identify and resolve defects.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, story pointing, test planning, and defect triage.
Define and report QA metrics and daily/weekly testing status.
Develop automated test plans for Salesforce components and integrations.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing, with strong Salesforce CPQ testing experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce UI and navigation.
Strong experience with end-to-end and integration testing.
Experience testing Salesforce CPQ processes and workflows.
Experience with Java, JUnit, and Selenium for test automation.
Experience with Web/API automation and backend testing.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, reports, page layouts, and customizations.
Strong ability to create clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred:

Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
Experience with Copado, Flosum, or other CI/CD tools.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and API testing.
