Role: Information Architect HR Analytics

Location: Frisco, TX (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)

HR Analytics & HR Data Domains (Talent, Workforce, Compensation, Learning, People Analytics)
Azure Data Platform (Databricks, Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture Bronze/Silver/Gold)
Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Semantic Layer, Certified Data Products, Power BI Models)
Data Integration Patterns (Batch, CDC, Streaming) & Integration Contracts
Data Governance & Standards (Unity Catalog, Business Glossary Alignment, Data Quality)
Hands-on Data Engineering (Complex Pipelines, Transformations, Performance Optimization)
Technical Leadership (Architecture Reviews, Engineering Standards, DevOps Ownership)

Domain Experience (If any):
HR Analytics / Human Capital Management (HCM)

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):
