Summary

Job Title : Document Controls Specialist

Location : Palo Alto, CA

Duration : 6 month contract with opp for extension / perm

Pay Range : $50/hr -$60/hr

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience

5+ years of experience in document control within industrial or project-based environments

Experience supporting EPC, refinery, manufacturing, or large-scale plant projects strongly preferred

Proficiency with EDMS platforms such as SharePoint, Aconex, OpenText, or similar systems

Strong working knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); scripting experience (PowerShell, VBA) is a plus

Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain data integrity across large document sets (10,000+ records)

Experience supporting large-scale ( mega ) projects (~$1B+, multi-year) preferred

Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and document tracking

Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to train and support non-technical stakeholders
