Project Manager Clean Transportation (EV Charging Programs)

Pay: 30-45/hr

• Schedule: 40 hours/week (Full-time)

Program Overview

This role supports Client Clean Transportation team, focusing on the execution and oversight of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) programs. The selected candidate will help manage state and federally funded initiatives aimed at expanding EV charging infrastructure.

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track multiple contracts across EV charging programs, including support contractors and awardees
• Oversee execution of EV charging infrastructure projects from initiation through completion
• Coordinate with stakeholders including government agencies, utilities, consultants, and site hosts
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget across multiple installations
• Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations (status reports, dashboards, slide decks)
• Support solicitation processes and contract management activities
• Ensure timely delivery of program milestones and resolve project issues proactively
• Collaborate with internal teams across Clean Transportation and Integrated Energy Solutions (IES)
• Perform additional duties supporting program success

 Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of Project Management experience
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and contracts simultaneously
• Experience with stakeholder coordination and communication
• Ability to track, document, and report on project progress (scope, schedule, budget)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience converting program needs into actionable project plans
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with contract management
• Exposure to clean transportation, electric vehicles (EV), or EV charging infrastructure
• Familiarity with public sector or government programs
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

 Education

• Bachelor’s degree required
