A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an AI Application Support Analyst

Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration:  12 months, possible extension
Location:  Pittsburgh, PA


Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, user-focused AI Application Support Analyst to champion the adoption and success of Claude across the organization.
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between people and AI ensuring the platform runs smoothly, solving real-world challenges, and empowering teams to make the most of cutting-edge tools. From troubleshooting technical issues to leading engaging training sessions, you’ll play a key role in transforming how the business leverages AI.

What You’ll Do
User Support & Experience
  • Serve as the go-to expert for Tier 1 & Tier 2 support, resolving user issues with speed and clarity
  • Guide users through “how-to” questions, making AI accessible and practical for everyday use
  • Deliver a friendly, high-touch support experience that builds trust and adoption

Platform Operations & Troubleshooting
  • Partner with cyber, cloud, and IT teams to diagnose and resolve platform or integration issues
  • Manage day-to-day administration including user access, licensing, and usage monitoring
  • Ensure integrations (like Microsoft 365 connectors) are secure, functional, and optimized

Innovation & Feature Enablement
  • Test and evaluate new Claude features in sandbox environments
  • Identify high-impact capabilities and recommend strategic rollouts
  • Stay ahead of the curve on AI product updates, translating them into business value

Adoption, Training & Engagement
  • Lead lunch-and-learns, office hours, and training sessions to drive user confidence
  • Simplify complex AI concepts into practical, easy-to-understand guidance
  • Build a culture of curiosity and continuous learning around AI tools

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather feedback and refine processes
  • Coordinate pilot programs and phased rollouts to ensure smooth adoption
  • Continuously enhance the support model and user experience

What You Bring
Must-Have Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in application or IT support, with hands-on troubleshooting
  • A true AI power user mindset you know how to extract real value and can teach others to do the same
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical ideas into simple, clear language
  • Confidence in leading presentations and training sessions for diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cybersecurity, infrastructure, and support teams
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and a self-driven approach to learning emerging technologies

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)
  • Experience building custom Claude skills or prompt libraries
  • Knowledge of connectors, integrations, or MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • Familiarity with AI platforms like ChatGPT Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot
  • Experience with admin consoles, APIs, and policy management
  • Hands-on exposure to deploying and managing integrations or packages

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*:  $35.00 - $38.79 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
