RFP Team Member

job summary:

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented RFP & Bid Management Specialist to join a growing, shared-services bid management team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end response preparation for public sector procurement opportunities, collaborating with technical, legal, and sales teams to build high-quality proposal content. This is a fully remote position aligned with West Coast operating hours.

responsibilities:

Direct the preparation, editing, and submission of public sector RFx responses and cloud proposals (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS).

Create bid plans, manage schedules, and track project milestones across multiple internal stakeholders.

Develop proposal templates and utilize AI tools to streamline content generation for standard bid sections.

Collaborate with sales, compliance, security, and executive management to align on win themes and final submissions.

qualifications:

5+ years of technical writing and bid management experience within technology consulting or cloud services.

5+ years of experience managing direct and indirect government solicitation responses.

Deep knowledge of public sector procurement processes, rules, and regulatory frameworks.

Proven ability to manage multiple bid streams independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
