Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled CMS Business Analyst to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will analyze business requirements, optimize digital content/e-commerce processes, and ensure that our platform implementation delivers a superior, personalized user experience.
Core Responsibilities
· Requirement Elicitation: Conduct workshops, interviews, and user story mapping sessions to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
· Functional Specification: Translate business needs into detailed, actionable functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria (including Gherkin "Given-When-Then" syntax).
· Process Mapping: Map "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes for content management, digital assets, or e-commerce workflows.
· System Configuration & Testing: Support Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate that new features, components, and workflows in AEM/Hybris align with business goals.
· Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product owners, marketers, and technical developers to bridge the gap between business vision and technical feasibility.
· Platform Expertise (Choose one based on focus):
o If SAP Hybris: Focus on product catalog management (PCM), WCMS, order management, and integrations with SAP ERP/CRM.
o If AEM: Focus on content authoring, components, digital asset management (DAM), and personalization (AEM Sites/Assets).
· Agile Participation: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, manage product backlogs in JIRA/ADO, and ensure "Definition of Ready" is met.
Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2+ years specifically working within AEM or SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) implementations.
· Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of CMS concepts, web technologies (HTML/CSS), and data modeling.
· Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify gaps in processes and recommend implement, or test improvements.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
· Experience with AEM Cloud Service or SAP Commerce Cloud (SaaS).
· Understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing.
· Understanding of web integration methods (APIs, middleware).
