4. AS400 - DB2400, SQL400, SQLRPGLE, RPG, RPGLE. CLLE, CL-(Mandatory)
5. Tools: ALDON, HAWKEYE, DBU, UCT, JIRA, ServiceNow

SN Responsibility of Expectations from the Role
Monitor PROD alerts, jobs, and interfaces triage issues, restore service fast, and escalate critical alerts per SOP.
Maintain and execute operational runbooks, escalation paths, and first hour checklists.
JDE Production Support Technical Skills
Experience supporting JDE World modules (Supply ChainFinance) in production, including job streams, batch runs, and integrations.
Familiarity with APIinterface checks (e.g., PostmanSOAP UI when relevant to JDE integrations).
Comfortable reading logs, job spool files, and system messages to isolate faults quickly.
Process & Governance
Document RCA, resolution steps, KB articles, and keep SOPs up to date.
Contribute to alert tuning and thresholds to reduce noise and improve MTTR.
Support AgileScrum ceremonies as needed for production backlog and problem tickets.
